Meal Prep Monday

Pork Chops have a wonderous way of soaking in any flavor you want them to have. We created 3 easy marinades for a week’s worth of delicious chops.  Combine all ingredients of each recipe in a food safe plastic marinating bag. Marinate chops in fridge overnight, then either freeze the bag for future use or grill chops for best results.

Italian Garlic Marinade

1 lb pork chops (3 or 4 chops)

1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning

1 tsp fennel seed

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon pepper

¼ cup olive oil

Generous sprinkle of Salt/pepper

 

Honey Mustard

1 lb pork chops (3 or 4 chops)

¼ cup mustard

2 tsp onions powder

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Drizzle of olive oil

Sprinkle of Salt/pepper

 

Thai Curry Pork Chops

1 lb pork chops (3 or 4 chops)

½ cup plain yogurt

1 ½ tbsp red curry paste

Juice of one lime

Generous sprinkle salt/pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients of each recipe in a food safe plastic marinating bag. Marinate chops in fridge overnight, then either freeze the bag for future use or grill chops for best results.
