The Green Manalishi – Hesher BBQ

A Colorado Green Chili Cheese Dog like no other! This Apple Gouda Jalapeño pork sausage was created by student chef Charles Cherry of Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and produced by Colorado’s very own Charcutnuvo.

Congrats Chef Charles for winning the 2024 Sensational Sausage Competition hosted by Colorado Pork and Escoffier. Charles’ prize-winning sausage is now on the menu at Hesher BBQ in Parkway Food Hall in Longmont.
