Easy Smoked Ribs

Cousin time in the kitchen! The best family memories begin with pork.

Ingredients

What you need:

Baby Back Pork Ribs

Spice Rub (recipe below is enough for 2 racks of ribs)

 

Spice Rub Recipe:

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons ground mustard

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients for the spice rub together in a bowl. Pat the spice rub onto the ribs. Have an adult place the rack of ribs in your prepared smoker at 225 degrees for 4 to 5 hours until meat is tender and falling off the bone. Slice each rib off the rack and serve right away.
