Ingredients

3-4 lbs of bone-in pork shoulder

2 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp ground cloves

2 tsp ground cumin

Juice of two limes

1 cup roasted green salsa

2 tbsp crushed fresh garlic

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp diced chipotles in adobe sauce

½ cup orange juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Season your pork shoulder well with salt and pepper. Put everything into the crockpot and set on low for 8 to 10 hours. The meat will fall off the bone when it’s ready to eat. We love this chipotle pork over roasted sweet potatoes with a dollop of sour cream on top!
