Sticky Orange Meatballs

One pound ground pork, endless possibilities!
The year of the 🐍 is off to a delicious start with our sticky orange meatballs. Happy Chinese New Year to those who are celebrating!

Ingredients

For the meatballs:

1 lb ground pork

¾ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 green onions, chopped fine

3 tbsp chopped cilantro

 

For the sauce:

1 cup orange marmalade

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 green onion, sliced

Directions

Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl and mix until just combined. Form meatballs and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, place marmalade, soy sauce and red pepper in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 45 seconds until the marmalade is bubbly. Mix sauce well. When meatballs are done, place them in the sauce and toss until well coated. Garnish with sliced green onion.
