“The Colorado FFA Foundation is a great organization and one with which we know has a lot of support and appreciation from many people throughout the state of Colorado” states Joyce Kelly, Executive Director, Colorado Pork Producers Council. “We want to help promote the great partnership of youth and pork that has grown at a fantastic rate all over this great state. We also believe that there are very few youth development programs that has the lasting impact on young lives as does the FFA program. It’s a privilege to be able to help them in any way we can.”
Kelly further stated, “we have worked with the Colorado Chef’s Association on many events in the past and feel very fortunate to have their membership support and help to make this event possible. We are looking to have some outstanding pork dishes to choose from at this event.”
All of Colorado FFA supporters are encouraged to buy a ticket to this event even if they cannot attend. The Colorado FFA Foundation will find FFA members who are in the area for the state FFA contests that weekend to attend and enjoy the evening. All ticket purchases are eligible for a tax deduction.
