Easy Peasy Sausage Pasta Bake

A one dish wonder recipe that keeps everyone happy! We love easy recipes that require minimal effort, especially around the holidays. Pro Tip: use our recipe for homemade Italian sausage.

Ingredients

1 lb Italian sausage crumbles, cooked

2 cups dry rotini

4 cups spinach, roughly chopped

2 cups alfredo sauce

1 cup vegetable broth

1 ½ cups parmesan cheese

Directions

In a casserole dish, layer dry rotini, Italian sausage crumbles and spinach. Pour alfredo sauce and broth over the layers. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until pasta is cooked through. Uncover and place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
