Pork Egg Roll in A Bowl

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp sugar

½ cup broth of any kind

1 cabbage, sliced thin

½ cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp soy sauce

Salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground pork in a wok or large frying pan. Add in onions and sesame oil. Sauté on medium heat until onions become translucent and start to brown. Add in a dash of salt and pepper, the crushed red pepper flakes, sugar and ginger/garlic paste. Slowly pour in the broth and stir. Toss in cabbage and soy sauce, stirring the mixture around until the cabbage is well coated. Cook until cabbage is to your likely. We like a little crunch! Add in carrots and sauté for a few more minutes until everything is well combined. Top with sesame seeds, finely chopped green onions and cilantro.
