Buffalo Pork Pizza

1 large, prepared pizza crust
1 lb ground pork
1 cup Buffalo sauce
1/3 cup green salsa
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Sour cream for garnish
2 – 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Brown ground pork in a pan with onion and garlic. Once cooked, add 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce and 1/3 cup green salsa. Simmer until sauces are reduced and mixture is cooked and thickened. Let mixture cool a few minutes. Spoon pork mixture over pizza crust. Drizzle over more Buffalo sauce. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees on a middle oven rack until bubbly and brown, ensuring that crust is cooked. Top pizza with green onions, a drizzle of buffalo sauce and creamy sour cream.
