Jalapeno Ham Wheels

Ingredients

1 standard pie crust

1/2 cup whipped cream cheese

3/4 cup diced ham

1 small jalapeno pepper, diced small (can remove seeds)

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Roll out pie crust on a floured surface. Spread cream cheese over the crust. Top with ham, jalapeño and shredded cheese. Roll up the pie crust and slice into 1/2-inch wheels. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush each wheel with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown and the crust is cooked through.
