Cinnamon Sugar Bacon Twists

1 lb bacon, sliced

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

In a big bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, mixing them together well. Add sliced bacon to the mixture, making sure each slice is fully coated with the sugar mixture. Tightly twist each bacon slice. Put bacon twists on a rack on top of a foil lined sheet pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is cooked and the sugar has caramelized. Let cool, then remove from rack. As the bacon cools, it turns into a candied bacon stick!
