Smoked pulled pork, cold and minced
Tomatoes, diced small
Fresh basil, sliced
Garlic
Olive oil + balsamic
Parmesan
Crostini

Directions

Mix the pork, tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar together. Place a spoonful on a crostini. Top with fresh grated parmesan, serve right away.
