Ginger Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 tbsp ginger paste

3 tbsp gochujang sauce (not paste)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 cup thinly sliced onion

1 cup thinly sliced carrots

2 green onions, thinly sliced

A handful of cilantro, roughly chopped

1 package living butter lettuce

Directions

In crockpot, add in onions, carrots and pork. Pour in soy sauce, ginger paste and gochujang sauce. Gently mix with spoon to combine everything. Cook on the crockpot’s low setting for 4 to 6 hours until the pork is cooked. Stir in green onions and cilantro. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups. Sprinkle lime over the lettuce wraps and enjoy!
