4-5 lbs of pork tenderloin

1 onion, halved and sliced thin

 

Bbq rub for pork:

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt free lemon pepper

1/2 tsp allspice

 

Cooking sauce:

1 cup bbq sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Place the pork tenderloin and sliced onion in your slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil. Coat the pork with the barbecue rub. Then pour the sauce over the meat. Cook the pork on the low setting for 5 to 6 hours. Shred the pork and let it sit in the slow cooker juices for 30 minutes. Toss the meat with extra barbecue sauce if desired!
