Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins, cut into 1 1/2 inch slices

salt/pepper/garlic blend spice

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1/2 cup stone ground mustard

2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped

1/2 cup honey

1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp cornstarch (if needed)

butter

salt/pepper

Directions

Season each slice of pork tenderloin with the salt/pepper/garlic spice blend. Sauté each slice in a butter/olive oil blend until the tenderloins are cooked. Remove from the pan and let them rest. In the same pan, place a tablespoon of butter and olive oil, fresh garlic, along with mustard and honey. Let simmer, then slowly add in chicken broth, whisking as you add it in. Let the sauce simmer, adding salt and pepper to taste. If sauce seems thin, thicken with cornstarch and simmer sauce until it thickens. Serve tenderloin pieces with honey mustard sauce, garnish with fresh parsley or thyme.
