Jane’s Sugar and Spice Bacon

Chef Jane knows how to celebrate the holidays! This bacon will spice up any Christmas spread.

Ingredients

1 lb thick cut bacon

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp chili powder

Directions

Put bacon in a large resealable bag. Add flour, brown sugar, and chili powder to the bag with the bacon. Shake the bag until the bacon is well coated. Lay each piece of bacon on a cooking rack, and place the cooking rack over a baking pan. Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes, until your bacon is cooked. Let cool, then enjoy!
