Finn’s Easy Chili: Dinner So Easy

When dinner is so easy to make, your 8-year-old takes the reigns and gets it DONE!

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 tbsp carne asada seasoning

1/2 tbsp chili powder

1 can cooked black beans, strained

1 small yellow onion, diced small

1 full can diced tomatoes

1 cup prepared salsa

1 tsp salt (more if needed)

Directions

Place all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir well until combined. Adjust seasonings based on your preferred spice level. Slow cook the chili for 5 hours on high or up to 8 hours on low. Add more salt if needed. Top with your favorite chili toppings!
