Anytime Nuggets

The name says it all. Enjoy these bites at breakfast with maple syrup, dunk them in BBQ sauce for lunch and serve ‘em up as a snack with ketchup.

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup pancake mix

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop out meatball size portions and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with ranch, bbq, maple syrup, these nuggets taste good with anything!
