Cheeseburger Tacos

We have burger nights. We have taco nights. But let’s introduce you to burger taco night!

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
1 tbsp of your favorite seasoning (plus salt if your seasoning is salt free)
1 egg
6-8 small tortillas
6-8 slices of cheddar cheese
Burger sauce
Burger toppings like chopped onions, pickles, lettuce

Directions

Combine pork with egg and seasoning in a bowl. Take a small handful of pork and press it down in a thin
layer on one side of a tortilla. Pan fry the tortilla meat face down first until the meat is cooked, then flip
it over to toast the other side of the tortilla. Add cheese over meat and let melt. Top with burger sauce
and your favorite toppings.
