DIY Italian Sausage

1 pound ground pork

1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, spices and seasonings. Brown meat in a large pan over medium heat. Use in soups, lasagnas, pizzas and more!
