A festive little bite for the 4th of July!

Ingredients

1 pound chorizo

1 ½ cup plain biscuit mix

2 eggs

1 lb shredded cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. If mixture is too dry, add a little milk. If mixture is too runny, add a little more biscuit mix. Form mixture into a ball or patty, place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Dip in avocado crema for the best bite!
