1 lb smoked pork kielbasa (fully cooked)

1/2 cup yellow mustard

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice the kielbasa into half inch piece. Place on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil. Set aside. To make the honey mustard, combine yellow mustard and packed brown sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar has melted into the mustard and the sauce thickens. Brush each kielbasa piece with the honey mustard. Bake for 15 minutes, turning pieces once through the baking. Let cool, then enjoy with the honey mustard.
