Soda Pop Pulled Pork

It’s all in the fizz with this one! The most versatile way to prepare pulled pork, this recipe gives you the base for tacos, bbq sandwiches, rice bowls and more!

5-6 lb pork shoulder
1 can soda of your choice
1 tbsp sea salt

Directions

Place pork in your slow cooker, top with salt and soda. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until meat easily pulls apart. Using two forks, pull apart meat and let it sit in the juices for an hour before serving. Season with more salt if needed. Delicious on its own, or add to tacos, bbq sandwiches, rice bowls!
