Savory Ham and Cheese Tart

This savory baked tart celebrates the simple yet satisfying relationship of ham and cheese. Look inside any fridge across America and you will find sliced ham and cheese. It’s a favorite for sure! If you want to get creative, just think of the add-in possibilities!

Ingredients

2 prepared pie crusts

½ pound sliced ham

½ pound sliced cheese (we love smoked provolone)

Egg wash

Everything but the bagel seasoning

Directions

Roll out one pie crust onto a pizza stone or greased cookie sheet. Layer sliced ham and cheese over the first pie crust. Unroll the second pie crust and place on top of the ham and cheese. Seal the edges together. Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle seasoning over the top. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 20 minutes until it’s golden brown. Let cool, then slice.
