Spinach Artichoke Sausage Bites

Your classic southern sausage ball is getting an upgrade this spring! Meet our spinach artichoke sausage bites. Perfect little bite for that Sunday champagne brunch.

1 lb ground pork
1 tbsp garlic pepper seasoning
1 cup unsweetened pancake/waffle mix (dry)
1 1/2 cup prepared spinach artichoke dip

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Create meatball sized bites with the mixture and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
