Fabulous Side Dishes for Thanksgiving

Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts

1 bag of pre sliced Brussel Sprouts
3 or 4 pieces of bacon
Pomegranate Seeds, to taste
Feta Cheese, to taste

In a 400* oven, bake bacon on a foil lined sheet pan until crisp.

Remove bacon from the pan and use bacon drippings to toss brussels sprouts, and bake sprouts on the foil lined pan until charred pieces of sprouts are formed. Remove from pan and top with pomegranate seeds and feta cheese, to your liking. Serve warm.

Pork Wrapped Carrots in the Air Fryer

Desired number of whole carrots, similar sizes, with extra greenery removed for frying in the air fryer

Prosciutto for wrapping, or thin sliced bacon

Maple Syrup for brushing

Choose carrots that are similar sizes to ensure even cooking.  Wrap each carrot in one large piece of prosciutto or think sliced bacon, as you prefer.

Air Fry carrots in a foil lined air fryer on 400* for about 10 minutes.  Brush each carrot with Maple Syrup to glaze and, if using prosciutto, sprinkle with coarse salt to taste, and coarse ground black pepper. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes at 400* and serve.
