Hot Honey Bacon Brussels Sprouts

2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved or quartered, cleaned and stem removed

½ pound bacon, diced

2 tbsp honey

1 ½ – 2 tbsp chili crisp

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roast your cleaned brussels sprouts in the oven for 15 minutes or until dry and crispy. Meanwhile, sauté bacon until almost crispy and brown. Add in the roasted brussels sprouts and sauté. Pour in chili crisp and honey. Sauté until the sprouts are well coated. Serve right away. If needed, reheat in air fryer to crisp up the sprouts.
