Bacon Crackers

Regular crackers are a little too boring. Put some bacon on it!

Butter round crackers

Brown sugar

Bacon

Directions

Place an oven safe baking rack on your cookie sheet. Lay crackers on the rack. Place ¼ teaspoon of brown sugar on each cracker. Cut bacon slice in half horizontally. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each cracker, making sure the ends meet at the bottom of the cracker which lies on the rack. Bake at 250 degrees for 90 minutes to 2 hours. Let cool. The crackers will crisp up as they cool.
