Kielbasa Puffs: Two Ingredient Appetizer

2 sheets cold puff pastry

2 links pork kielbasa (12 inches each)

Everything bagel seasoning

Egg wash (optional but highly recommended!)

Directions

Slightly roll out the cold puff pastry. Roll up the kielbasa link in one puff pastry sheet. Note – for thinner pastry, cut the puff pastry sheet in half and roll up each link in half of the puff pastry sheet. Once rolled, slice up the “log” and place each piece on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush each slice with egg wash and sprinkle over the seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve alone or with honey mustard.
