Coconut Lime Pork Chops

A midweek tropical makeover is in order!

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 cup canned coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
Juice from one fresh lime
1 cup coconut powder
Zest from 2 limes
Sea salt

Directions

Whisk coconut milk with soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice. Marinate pork chops in the mixture for at least 4-6 hours. Remove pork chops from marinade and throw the marinade away. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with sea salt, coconut powder and lime zest. Grill until fully cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice on each chop before serving.
