Cracker, reinvented 😎 It was time to reinvent the cracker anyways.

Ingredients

1/4 cup smoked pulled pork, diced small

1/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely diced onion

1 Jalapeno, finely sliced

Hearty rice crackers

Directions

Combine pork, mayo, onion and grated cheese in a bowl to form a spread. Spread 2 to 3 teaspoons of the spread on each rice cracker. Top with a slice of jalapeno. Place crackers on an oven safe baking rack and place the rack on a sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until crackers are lightly toasted. Let cool completely, then serve!
