Pork Shawarma Bowls

2 lbs boneless pork country style ribs

2 tbsp shawarma seasoning

Olive oil

Salt

Directions

Place pork ribs into a slow cooker. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs. Season ribs with two teaspoons of salt and the shawarma seasoning, ensuring that each piece of meat is well coated. Cook on low for 8 hours until the meat easily shreds apart.

Build your bowl! Start with yellow rice, and top with pork pieces, olives, pickled onions, feta cheese, cucumber pickles and fresh tomatoes. Drizzle the juices over the pork.
